Dr. Bukola Adewakun
Dr. Olubukola Adewakun is a leadership strategist, management consultant, and Meta-Certified Digital Skills Lead Trainer, driving transformational growth across individuals, organizations, and enterprise ecosystems in Nigeria. She serves as General Manager of the Thriving Enterprise Development Center (TEDC), where she leads large-scale entrepreneurship and capacity development programs impacting thousands of business owners and professionals, and is also the Co-Founder & COO of Leadership Legacy Consulting Ltd (LLCL), focused on building high-performing leaders and resilient organizations through advisory, training, and strategic interventions. As a Lead Trainer with Meta, she equips entrepreneurs and emerging professionals with practical digital and business skills, holding certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Community Management. A Goldman Sachs Scholar and certified management consultant (CMD), she is passionate about raising competent, confident, and values-driven leaders, and is the author of Reproduce Yourself, a practical guide to leadership development and team multiplication.
Ifeyinwa Maureen Okafor
Ms. Ifeyinwa Maureen Okafor is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary (FCA, FCIS, MIoD) with over 15 years of experience in banking and finance before transitioning into entrepreneurship, with interests across manufacturing, real estate, technology, and consulting. She has a strong track record of advising and supporting women-owned businesses through the Nigerian Chambers of Commerce, and in 2019 was appointed Financial Adviser and Policy Maker to the Imo State Government, where she drove revenue growth, conducted forensic audits, and improved the state’s Ease of Doing Business ranking. In 2021, she was selected as one of 15 leading African women for the Amujae Leaders program under the Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Presidential Centre, and has received several recognitions including the FIDA Award for Woman Achiever and BusinessDay’s 50 Most Inspiring Women in Nigeria (2022). She is the co-founder of Leadership Legacy Consulting, advising corporate and public sector leaders across Africa, and the author of Beautiful is Me, a collection of poems.
